A: The residential certification course is intended for inspectors of residential roofing systems. The commercial certification course will cover modified bitumen, built-up, EPDM, SPF, PVC, TPO, Metal and vegitated roofing. Both certifications are ideal for people who do both commercial and residential roof inspections. Or, pick the one that best suits your experience and daily job responsibilities.
